What happens when we truly listen to/with our bodies?

This question has the potential to heal and humble in subtle and powerful ways, as I have experienced in my own "chronic" illness/healing process

A faith in listening has guided me to study Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST), a process of deep and subtle listening with the hands through light touch

Practitioners actively, gently and non-judgmentally listen to the body to support its innate, independent, and infinite capacity to reorganize, rejuvenate and restore.

BCST honours our systems' inherent wisdom to heal by holding space for the body to direct its own process and pace of healing, release and recovery.

As a practitioner, I am a non-directional witness & steward of the healing process rather than  medium infusing or releasing "positive" or "negative" energy.

I am offering free BCST practise sessions as a student practitioner as a requirement of my studies. If you are interested in working together, please contact me to book a consultation

Leading up to BCST, I have studied modalities and medicine systems including Hilot (my Lola),  Nutrition (Canadian Natural Health and Healing Centre), Pranic Healing (Pranic Healing Institute, Toronto & Manila), and have worked  as a colon hydrotherapist since 2017  (Flow Hydrotherapy, Toronto and Inside Health, Oakville).
